We designed this kitchen to combine bold contemporary styling with warm, natural materials. The deep blue cabinetry creates a calm, modern backdrop, while the fluted walnut detailing adds richness, texture, and a handcrafted feel throughout the space. By using full-height units, we maximised storage while keeping the design clean and uninterrupted.
The island is one of our favourite elements in this kitchen. The blue marble-effect porcelain worktop brings striking movement and individuality, while the fluted walnut base ties the whole scheme together. It creates a sculptural centre piece that feels both practical and unique.
In the cooking area, we introduced a SMEG range with a bespoke curved canopy to form a strong focal point. A slim walnut shelf softens the lines and allows for curated display pieces that personalise the space. Brass handles and a brushed brass tap add warmth, while the large windows and glass doors flood the room with natural light, enhancing every material and colour chosen.
